God’s Unchanging Love

Happy Valentine’s Day! You are loved!

 

“Who is a God like You, who pardons iniquity

And passes over the rebellious act of the remnant of His possession?

He does not retain His anger forever,

Because He delights in unchanging love.”

Micah 7:18

 

I don’t know about you, but knowing that God loves me with an unchanging love in spite of my actions and attitudes helps me to call upon Him when I am in need and to praise Him with words of adoration. Unconditional love is hard to find in this world. That God’s love is unchanging makes me realize how valuable I am to Him, just as my husband’s unchanging love lets me know that he cherishes and accepts me.

 

God is love.

God cherishes you.

God forgives you.

God delights in you.

God values you.

God loves you.
