I Can Do All Things

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I: Me, not great men and women of history or the bible, but me. Even me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Can: Am able, am capable, have ability to succeed
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Do: Action, energy, determination, accomplish, intentional pursuit
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. All: Not some, but all that God asks of me. Even the hard grace-needing things, suffering, pain, joy.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. All things: All things pertaining to the Bible, God’s revelation, obedience, desires He put in my heart.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Through: Not on my own. My flesh will fail.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Christ: He who created me is able to work in and through me. The Great I am
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Who: The one doing the action – Jesus. He who rose from the dead and is coming again!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Strengthens: Gives me strength. A gift. A relationship. A blessing. Always present.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Me: Jesus gives His strength to me. I don’t deserve it. I long for it. Peace. Joy. Love.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Period
